Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior TDM with extensive experience in SAP and finance systems to lead our financial technology initiatives in London. The ideal candidate will have over 14 years of overall experience, with proven expertise in managing SAP programs and finance operations within the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP program management, covering modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and integration with telecom-specific solutions like Billing, Revenue Assurance, OSS/BSS.
• Manage teams responsible for SAP application development, enhancements, and support.
• Align finance systems architecture with telecom business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Drive innovation across financial technologies, including S/4HANA migration, RPA, and AI in finance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, Revenue Ops) to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for SAP and finance systems projects.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other relevant data governance policies.
• Provide leadership during SAP audits and system controls reviews.
• Define and enforce SAP development standards, security protocols, and change management practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP development and financial systems leadership, including at least 3-5 years in the telecom sector.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and integration with telecom OSS/BSS platforms.
• Strong understanding of telecom finance operations, including CaREx/@ex management, revenue recognition, asset accounting, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe).
• Strong vendor management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with telecom billing systems (e.g., Amdocs, Meteracker, Ericsson BSCS).
• Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) and finance process automation.
• ITIL certification and/or experience managing IT service lifecycles.
• Experience with multi-ERP environments.
• Exposure to cloud migration projects (e.g., SAP on Azure or AWS).
• Familiarity with finance analytics platforms like SAP BW/HANA, SAC, or Tableau/Power BI.
