Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Senior Manager or Manager for our Tax Risk and Dispute Resolution team to help clients manage HMRC relationships, design robust risk frameworks, and resolve complex disputes. The role blends tax expertise with commercial insight and cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience in tax risk management and dispute resolution.
• Strong understanding of HMRC processes and UK tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with tax governance, including Tax Strategy and risk frameworks.
• Managing HMRC enquiries, investigations, and disclosures with clear, commercial advice.
• Analysing HMRC powers and related procedures (penalties, notices, reviews, appeals).
• Applying dispute resolution techniques and contributing to business development.
