Job Description

As a Tax Senior Manager / Director Designate, you will handle compliance, accounts, and tax planning for a varied client portfolio. You will lead and develop the team, review work, mentor staff, and support their growth. Your role includes advising on property sector projects such as:

• Minimising capital taxes using reliefs like PPR, exemptions, entrepreneurs' relief, incorporation relief, and business property relief.
• Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) rates and applications.
• Capital allowances during refurbishment.
• Maximising recoverable VAT.
• Inheritance tax planning.
• Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED).
• Non-domicile property tax issues.

The Successful Applicant

You will be CTA, ATT, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualified, with substantial tax advisory and planning experience. Property tax experience or interest is preferred.
