Job Description
Overseeing all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and management.
Leading and assisting with M&A and Transaction related activities.
Developing and implementing tax strategies to optimise efficiency.
Liaising with regulatory bodies and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
Preparing and reviewing tax returns and reports.
Providing guidance on tax implications of business decisions.
Collaborating with other departments in the company to ensure tax compliance.
Managing and mentoring tax team members.
Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations in the insurance industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Tax Manager should have:
Professional certification ACA, ACCA or CTA.
Extensive knowledge of tax planning, compliance, and management.
Prior experience in a similar role in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in tax software and other relevant computer applications.
