  4. Plan and implement cross-border structures and advisory projects in collaboration with the international tax team.
  5. Support the tax risk and W&I insurance advisory team, working closely with leading tax underwriters to provide insurance solutions for identified tax risks.
  6. Engage in active business development to win client mandates from both existing and new clients.
  7. Participate in thought leadership and brand enhancement activities to further develop the firm's reputation for strategic tax mandates and your personal brand in the tax market.
  8. Train and develop junior team members.
  9. Commit to superior client service and delivery, which may require some international travel.

  2. Significant experience with drafting and negotiating tax contractual provisions for corporate, real estate, finance, or funds transactions.
  3. A keen interest in tax and a drive to learn and develop, including an interest in further professional development such as the CTA and other qualifications.
  4. Ambition and desire to build personal expertise and a tax brand and practice with a view to a long-term future in tax and at the firm.
