A prestigious, full-service international law firm is looking to appoint an ambitious and intellectually curious Senior Associate (Advisory/Transactional Tax) to join its highly regarded UK tax team. The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a forward-thinking, award-winning practice that acts as a strategic tax advisor to a global client base, offering:

• End-to-end involvement in corporate, finance, real estate, and fund-related tax work
• Involvement in high-profile, cross-border structuring and transactions
• Strong collaboration with international offices and tax teams globally

The Role Includes:

• Leading on the tax aspects of M&A, private equity, fund investment, and real estate transactions
• Advising on complex tax structuring projects and cross-border mandates
• Working closely with colleagues in finance, corporate, funds, and real estate practices
• Engaging directly with clients and supporting them on risk, W&I insurance and compliance strategies
• Playing an active role in developing junior team members
• Contributing to business development, pitches, and client relationship expansion
• Developing your own tax profile and personal brand within the wider market

What They’re Looking For:

• A UK-qualified lawyer with 3+ years' post-qualification experience in a recognised tax practice (guideline only)
• A strong foundation in drafting and negotiating tax-related provisions across key sectors
• Confident handling both transactional tax and standalone advisory matters
• A commercial approach, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in tax as a long-term specialism
• A team player with the ambition to build a long-term career within a top-tier firm

CTA qualification or an interest in pursuing it is welcome but not essential.
