What You’ll Do:

• Manage financial performance and billing.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise on tax advisory and global mobility matters.
• Lead on briefings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global network on complex queries.
• Manage key projects, ensuring tax technical excellence and practical business-driven solutions.
• Keep clients updated on key legislative changes and their business impact.
• Help win new work by strengthening relationships with existing clients and seeking new opportunities.
• Support and mentor junior team members, and share knowledge within the team.
• Drive innovation by leveraging new technologies and staying ahead of regulatory changes.
