This reputable firm of Chartered Accountants & Tax Advisers is seeking a talented and experienced Tax Senior to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Senior Tax Advisor to provide exceptional service to a diverse range of clients and further their career in a supportive environment.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Tax Advisor, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services. Key responsibilities for the Senior Tax Advisor include:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and providing comprehensive tax compliance and advisory support as a Senior Tax Advisor
• Preparing and reviewing complex tax computations and returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Developing tailored tax strategies to optimize clients tax positions and ensure compliance with UK tax legislation.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, the Senior Tax Advisor will build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Liaising with HMRC and handling tax inquiries and disputes on behalf of clients as a knowledgeable Senior Tax Advisor
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and technical expertise in the role of Senior Tax Advisor

What We're Looking For:

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong background in tax.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice, ideally as a Senior Tax Advisor
• In-depth knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex tax matters clearly to clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to work as a Senior Tax Advisor
