Space 8 Recruitment Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Senior Tax Advisor to join a well-established practice. The role reports into the Tax Partner and will oversee timely completion of tax projects including corporate reorganisations and employee share initiatives.

You will be CTA qualified with high-level expertise in direct taxes (CT, IT, CGT, Stamp taxes, IHT, Employment Tax) and will develop plans, review others, and identify mitigation opportunities.

Competenze

• CTA qualification is essential.
• Expertise in direct taxes including Corporation Tax, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Stamp Taxes, Inheritance Tax and Employment Tax.
• Experience in tax advisory and project leadership.

The Role:

This role reports into the Tax Partner.

The role oversees the timely and effective completion of tax projects such as corporate reorganisations, employee share initiatives and incorporations. You would implement strategies to reduce tax liabilities whilst identifying further tax mitigation opportunities.

You would also be responsible for developing detailed project plans with clear timelines & deliverables whilst also reviewing the work of other members of the team and supporting their development.

• You will possess a high level of expertise in all relevant direct taxes including Corporation Tax, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Stamp taxes, Inheritance Tax and Employment Tax
