We’re looking for a Senior Targeted Youth Support Officer to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting young people who have been labelled as vulnerable, disaffected, or ‘hard to engage’. These young people have been referred for targeted support – and they need someone just you to believe in their potential.

You’ll proactively connect with young people facing significant challenges. You’ll motivate, inspire, and empower them to identify and break through the barriers in their lives, helping them take confident steps toward a brighter, more positive future.

We work on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days per week based in the office.
