Adler and Allan Group is seeking a Tank Plater/Supervisor in Rotherham with travel to sites. The role involves supervising tank welding, fabrication and assembly to client specs, with responsibilities for safety, quality and documentation.

You will read drawings, manage on-site tasks, and lead a team to meet project deadlines. Experience of 5+ years, welding to WPS, and knowledge of API/EEMUA standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site supervision experience in tank/welding projects.
• Weld to WPS standards & ASME/BS EN knowledge.
• Experience with Cranes and Forklifts (LOLER) required.
• Strong safety behaviours and PPE discipline.
• Fluent English and numeracy; IT system proficiency.
• Knowledge of API & EEMUA standards.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and lead a team.
• Experience on storage tanks to API & EEMUA standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead welding and fabrication activities to project specs.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and CE standards.
• Manage fabrication documentation to CE standard.
• Coordinate site travel and on-site supervision.
• Ensure HSE conformance and quality control.
• Plan manpower and equipment usage.
• Oversee testing and welding coding to ASME9.
