We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Sourcing Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition team in London.

In the role of Senior Talent Sourcing Consultant within our Strategic Sourcing Team, you will be empowered to redefine our sourcing approach, meticulously crafted to align with the specific demands of our Commercial and Investment Banking clientele across the EMEA region.

Your extensive knowledge and experience in talent acquisition will be vital in discovering, engaging, and securing outstanding candidates who not only embody our organisational principles but also possess the expertise required to expertly navigate the intricate landscape of the banking industry.

In this role, you will:

  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies - Utilize cutting-edge sourcing methodologies and comprehensive market intelligence to discover and attract high-caliber talent in the competitive arenas of commercial and investment banking. Your approach will involve a mix of proactive outreach, networking, and digital engagement.
  • Collaborative Client Engagement - Forge strong partnerships with hiring managers, recruiters, and key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their specific talent requirements. You will ensure that recruitment efforts are closely aligned with the overarching business objectives and the unique cultural characteristics of our organization.
  • In-Depth Market Analysis - Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market landscape, including industry trends and competitor practices. This information will be vital in shaping our sourcing strategies and providing actionable insights into talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and best practices within the sector.
  • Dynamic Candidate Engagement - Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with prospective candidates, offering them an enticing narrative about our organization and the distinctive opportunities we provide within the banking sector. Your ability to engage talent will be key to attracting candidates who are not only qualified but also enthusiastic about joining our team.
  • Continuous Process Optimization - Regularly assess and refine the sourcing process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. By implementing industry best practices and leveraging the latest technologies, you will improve our ability to attract and hire top talent swiftly.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Talent Sourcing, Recruitment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with a concentration on proactive talent sourcing, ideally within the financial services domain, with a focus on Commercial and Investment Banking.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization effectively.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, complemented by a data-driven approach to sourcing and recruitment.
  • A solid understanding of the EMEA job market and the cultural nuances that influence recruitment practices in the region.
  • Maintain in-depth and up-to-date business intelligence of relevant competitors, market conditions, hiring trends, and other relevant market data preferably within Commercial and Investment Banking.
  • Experience consulting on and negotiating complex compensation packages.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience for candidates throughout the talent identification and recruiting process.
