Job Description:

I am currently supporting my client with the search for a Senior Talent & Performance Manager appointment with a growing, successful manufacturing business. The Business is going through a period of significant change in HR and is looking to shape a robust future-focused approach to People.

My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent & Performance Manager to play a pivotal role in cultivating a high-performance culture across the Business, shaping talent strategies, designing frameworks to evaluate roles, and developing metrics to measure and drive key initiatives.

Key aspects of the role include:

  1. Development of a high-performance culture - driving strategies across all levels of the organisation as well as designing and implementing initiatives to drive accountability & collaboration.
  2. Partnering with leaders to instil a mindset of continuous learning and development.
  3. Talent Planning and Development, developing comprehensive talent plans aligned to organisational goals and future needs.
  4. Partnering with managers and directors to identify high potential individuals, creating tailored pathways.
  5. Job Evaluation and Structuring - evaluating existing roles to ensure alignment with organisational structure, resources, and business needs.
  6. Collaborating with stakeholders to establish clear role expectations and career progression frameworks.
  7. Drive ongoing training initiatives to engage employees and managers in talent and performance processes.
