About the Role:

We're looking for a tastemaker who thrives on cultivating standout relationships with creators, talent, and agents. As Senior Talent & Partnerships Manager, you'll shape and lead dynamic talent and creator programs that drive real impact for our clients.

From spotting rising stars, developing unique creative ideas for a campaign to closing strategic deals with high-profile talent, you're equal parts creative thinker and execution powerhouse with an obsession for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Relationship Building

  • Build strong relationships with creators, VIPs, and agents to secure standout opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end talent and creator strategies across client briefs and pitches.
  • Own gifting programs and personalised touchpoints that keep talent engaged and brands front-of-mind.
  • Define clear KPIs and ensure every partnership delivers ROI and brand growth.

Paid Campaign Management

  • Own talent selection with deep insight into brand alignment and campaign fit as well as a strong ability to pitch talent into clients.
  • Craft compelling creative briefs that blend cultural relevance and creator uniqueness.
  • Lead outreach, negotiate contracts, and manage timelines to ensure high-quality delivery of content for clients.
  • Track and report on performance, delivering actionable insights to clients.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, keeping them updated and informed on all deliverables.

Organic Campaign Management

  • Concept and execute gifting and seeding campaigns that connect creators to culture and brand storytelling.
  • Manage large-scale influencer gifting programs from ideation to execution.
  • Manage highly personalised VIP gifting programs, thinking outside of the box, coordinating multiple suppliers and delivering to the highest level of detail.

Client & Project Management

  • Drive weekly client comms, status updates, and campaign highlights.
  • Be proactive with insights, recommendations, and real-time optimisations.
  • Stay on top of influencer and cultural trends to keep clients inspired and informed.

Admin & Reporting

  • Manage budgets and partnership contracts with precision.
  • Deliver clear, insightful monthly reports including sentiment, performance, and key learnings.
  • Build smart, visually strong presentations for internal and client use.
  • Fully equipped in using powerpoint, microsoft excel
  • Understand influencer reporting programs such as tribedynamics, Traackr

About You

  • 3–4 years’ experience in talent/influencer campaign management
  • Strong network of creators, agents, and managers with an existing relationship
  • Deep understanding of beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle industries.
  • Culturally connected, trend-aware, and brand-savvy.
  • Exceptional communicator and team player.
  • Strategic thinker with sharp creative instincts and entrepreneurial energy.
  • Detail-obsessed project manager who can juggle multiple campaigns at once whilst delivering at the highest standards
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • Confident using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and related tools.
