About the Role

We seek talented Talent Partners to join our BioTech team on a 6-month FTC, with potential for permanent placement. The role is remote, but onsite client visits in Oxford are expected to foster strong relationships. You will work with innovative companies like Arsenale Bioyards, Rhythm Therapeutics, and Deciphera.

Responsibilities
  • Visit clients twice a week to build relationships.
  • Develop and execute attraction and delivery strategies.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder and candidate relationships.
  • Advise on recruitment best practices and assessment processes.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including niche roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers as a unified team.
  • Conduct candidate screens and interview debriefings.

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports.
