A leading communications holding company in Greater London seeks a Senior Talent Partner for a 12-month FTC. The role supports senior stakeholders, manages employee relations, and drives engagement initiatives. This is a Senior Talent Partner, 12 month FTC maternity cover (4 days a week), you will work closely with the Talent Director and the wider Saatchi and Saatchi team, partnering with senior stakeholders and providing support for your designated business areas. Your responsibilities will vary according to business needs and will include supporting a full range of employee relations cases, delivering engagement initiatives, and contributing to Groupe wide Talent projects. In this role, you will also have line management responsibility, with the opportunity to coach and develop junior talent.
It is no understatement to say that this is a fast‑paced and varied role where no two days are the same.
Equally, it represents an excellent opportunity for someone with strong talent partnering experience who is ready to progress their career into a Senior Talent Partner position.
We are looking for a bright, confident, articulate, and motivated individual with previous experience as a
Talent Partner. You will have proven success in building relationships at all levels, including C‑Suite, and in supporting and influencing stakeholders while balancing both people and business needs. You will also be proactive in driving effective people processes and initiatives, with a mindset of seeking out opportunities to simplify and improve the way we work.
