About Birdie

Birdie is the leading home healthcare technology platform that aims to radically transform the lives of older adults. Its all-in-one solution supports around 4.8 million (and growing) care visits every month, equipping care providers with the tools they need to deliver better quality care and improve efficiency across most day-to-day operations. This enables us to collect over 1.5 billion data points on care recipient wellbeing each year, making Birdie the holder of the largest structured community healthcare dataset in Europe.

Birdie was founded in 2017, a B-Corp certified company that leverages technology to reimagine home care. With a total raise to date of $55M, we secured our Series B funding in 2022 led by Sofina, Omers, and Index Ventures, fuelling our mission to transform care.

Recognised for its innovation and impact, we have received numerous accolades. We joined Tech Nation's prestigious Future Fifty 2024 cohort and was featured in the Sifted 100 list of fastest-growing UK & Ireland startups in 2024. Furthermore, Birdie was named an NHS England Assured Supplier for Digital Social Care Records in 2023 and won the Innovative Solutions in Home Care Award at the 2024 Leaders in Care Awards.

Check out our principles and join us at Birdie as we continue to push the boundaries of what's possible in home healthcare. Together, we will continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of millions.

Your mission

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Senior Talent Partner to help us scale exceptional teams with precision and care. You’ll be a critical partner in owning and executing high-quality hiring across our business functions - working closely with hiring managers, People partners, and cross-functional teams to attract, assess, and hire talent that aligns with our values and drives our mission forward.

As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll be hands-on in managing end-to-end hiring for open roles, continuously refining our hiring approach, and delivering outstanding candidate experiences. You’re excited by the challenge of filling tough roles, improving processes, and being a trusted advisor to the business. You bring curiosity, creativity, and care to every stage of the hiring journey.

Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, you’ll be part of a collaborative and agile team that strives to make hiring a strategic strength for the business.

How you will contribute

  • Manage 2-3 open roles at any given time across Commercial, Operations and Delivery teams ensuring effective sourcing, screening, and closing.

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process, with timely communication and a values-led approach.

  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and run efficient, inclusive hiring processes.

  • Source creatively and strategically, bringing in top talent from diverse pipelines.

  • Share regular pipeline updates, hiring insights, and market trends to inform hiring decisions.

  • Collaborate with the broader People & Talent team to improve tools, templates, and workflows that support scale.

  • Support our Hiring Managers to be best in class with continuous training and enablement

We’d love to hear from you if

  • You have 3+ years of in-house experience recruiting for technical roles at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.

  • You’re confident owning full-cycle hiring independently and have strong sourcing capabilities.

  • You care deeply about delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

  • You’re adaptable, organised, and thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

  • You’re passionate about inclusive hiring and want to help build equitable processes.

  • You enjoy continuous improvement and are eager to contribute to evolving our talent playbook.
