MERITUS are recruiting for a Senior Talent Partner to join our growing permanent recruitment team in support of our scaling defence and aerospace clients in Manufacturing & Engineering.

MERITUS are a leading Talent Solutions Agency specialising in Aerospace, Defence and Space recruitment across the UK and Western Europe. We are looking to expand our team with a highly skilled Senior Talent Partner to further develop our growing portfolio of clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking company with a strong repuation for delivering exceptional talent solutions to key players within the industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with leading companies in the Defence and Aerospace sectors, providing strategic recruitment expertise in Manufacturing and Engineering.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering market insights and tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract top talent across a wide range of roles, from engineers to senior technical leaders.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while delivering on clients' needs with a focus on long-term relationships and success.
  • Develop our contract offering within new areas of our industry.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience as a 360 recruiter in a similar sector (Defence, Aerospace, or Manufacturing & Engineering).
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with both clients and candidates at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality talent solutions.
  • Understanding of contract recruitment processes and regulations.
