We are recruiting for aStrategic, Senior Talent and Development Partner to support our PlacesLeisure business as a Centre of Excellence

To besuccessful in this role you must be within a 60 minute commute of ourmain office locations; either Preston, Derby, Bristol or London.Regular travel in the role will be required .

We areseeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as aSenior Talent and Development Partner. In this role, you will partnerwith senior business leaders and leadership teams to implement anddeliver our talent and development strategy, focusing on mapping,developing, and moving talent across Places Leisure and the wider PfPbusiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior business leaders in Places Leisure to create,implement and deliver our talent and development strategy.
  • Map, develop, and move talent across Places Leisure andthe wider PfP business.
  • Implement strategiclearning, leadership, talent and development initiatives within PlacesLeisure. Support Managers to develop their teams, leading on allthings personal, professional, technical and career development.
  • Ensure our Places Leisure workforce has theright skills, in the right place at the right time, both for now, andin the future. Support our Management teams to build customerservice-based workforce and culture.
  • Workclosely with various People departments/ centre's of excellence toensure alignment and integration of people processes.
  • Proven experience in apartnering role to deliver talent, development, learning, leadership,organisational design, or HR, as a centre of excellence.
  • Experience in creating and designing engaging and inclusivetraining material to develop people and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to coach and facilitate learning to anaudience of senior stakeholders.
  • Experience intaking conceptual ideas to output. Delivery of high-impact strategicprojects. Demonstrable experience of delivering key people projectswhich showcase impact against KPIs, and demonstrate return oninvestment.
  • Strong leadership and linemanagement experience to lead a team of three.
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst balancing the four key areasof the role: business partnering, coaching and facilitation ofleadership development programmes, ownership and delivery of strategicprojects, and line management.
  • Ability to usedata and analytics to drive a result-oriented culture of peopledevelopment solutions.
