Working closely with our Senior Manager, Talent & Learning, you will partner with leaders, colleagues and global Colleague & Culture teams to design and deliver impactful programmes that build capability, strengthen leadership and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic talent priorities across leadership capability, learning, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, early careers and colleague growth.
This role is based on site at London King’s Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund’s global portfolio. Due to the nature of the role, this position follows a hybrid working model, with a minimum of three days per week in our London office, in addition to visits to our New York office.

You will need to be a dynamic individual with financial services or similar experience, who really enjoys engaging with a range of stakeholders and thrives on being part of a hands-on team.
