Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Edinburgh, and take ownership of the recruitment activity for 3 of our European locations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving our organization's talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent across various departments.

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to build a robust talent pipeline
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows
  • Develop and promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring processes
  • Stay updated on employment laws and industry-specific recruitment trends
  • Take part in global projects and initiatives as well as delivering training to hiring teams on how to best deliver recruitment activity

Qualifications

  • Strong proven track record of working as a recruitment SME
  • Experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in employer branding initiatives

It would be a real bonus if you have:

  • Experience of SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system
  • Experience of acting as a recruitment business partner for a global organisation
