We’re looking for aSenior Talent Acquisition Partnerto join our team inExeteron apermanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of talent across thePennon Group.

About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll work across all businesses within the Pennon Group, collaborating with our Recruitment Team, Heads of HR, and key stakeholders to:

Identify and deliver effective recruitment solutions

Ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes

Support the implementation of group-wide recruitment strategies

You’ll be a trusted advisor, bringing insight, innovation, and a people-first approach to everything you do.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Partnering with hiring managers to plan recruitment campaigns, tailoring it to their needs and requirements
  • Managing recruitment campaigns from start to finish for all permanent, fixed-term, and contract opportunities, including attraction, sourcing, assessing through to offer
  • Working with the business for continuous improvement of the recruitment offer
  • Driving the diversity agenda through direct sourcing and advising business of recruitment best practice to mitigate any unconscious bias
  • Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers across the business to understand their hiring requirements and provide support and advice both during and following interviews
  • Delivering Assessment centres to ensure successful hire of volume recruitment
What we are looking for:
  • Knowledge and experience recruiting across a breadth of disciplines ideally in a corporate environment such as finance, legal and customer services
  • Experience training and coaching stakeholders on recruitment best practices
  • Active contributor to the team sharing ideas and making improvements to our processes and candidate experience
  • Ability to proactively manage your time and prioritise multiple roles
  • Offering flexibility and agility, with a willingness to take part in project work as well as offering ad hoc support to other functions and business areas when required
