Job summary

Daniel Owen is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to head attraction, engagement and recruitment across our business. You will lead executive search, headhunting and workforce planning to secure senior talent who can drive the next phase of our growth.

You will partner with Directors and senior stakeholders, build networks across the UK recruitment market, promote our employer brand and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, executive search or internal recruitment.
• Proven headhunting and fulfilled difficult-to-fill vacancies.
• Strong networking abilities with an established professional network.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A commercial mindset with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and secure high-calibre recruitment professionals.
• Conduct targeted headhunting campaigns across competitors and aligned sectors.
• Build and maintain talent maps for leadership and key roles.
• Develop relationships with passive candidates and nurture long-term pipelines.
• Coordinate selection processes and support hiring managers through decisions.
