Job Description:

Mode Search is exclusively supporting a luxury brand in their search for a Senior Lead Recruiter (FTC – 9 months). This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager within the UK & Ireland HR team, supporting a high-profile flagship launch. You will act as a key partner to the business, managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting senior stakeholders across retail and head office.

As a Senior Lead Recruiter, you will serve as a brand ambassador, upholding the brand's values through strategic sourcing, candidate care, and managing all recruitment activities. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday office-based role at the head office in Mayfair.

The Role

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across UK & Ireland (retail and head office)
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, including Directors, to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions
  • Oversee internal mobility, direct sourcing, referrals, agency coordination, and international hiring
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal processes through accurate ATS and Excel tracker updates
  • Support and guide a team of Talent Acquisition partners
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team
  • Gather and share market insights and salary benchmarks to inform recruitment strategy
  • Build the employer brand across multiple channels
  • Support hiring for key projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, with in-house recruitment essential
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Proven ability to handle a fast-paced environment and large-scale recruitment projects
  • Excellent command of Excel and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
