Talent Lead in Professional Services Start-up, Managing End-to-End Recruitment

Our client is a new Private Equity-backed Professional Services firm with ambitious growth plans for the next 3-5 years. The business is entering the market and expects rapid expansion.

Job Description

  1. Manage the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish.
  2. Hire approximately 100-150 roles within a 12-month period.
  3. Collaborate with partners, the board, and leaders across the organization on key hires.
  4. Assist in creating job briefs and managing the interview process.
  5. Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manage the candidate pipeline.
  6. Oversee the recruitment process from agency liaison to interview scheduling and offers.
  7. Support the CPO in developing best practices for the recruitment process.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Seeking an ambitious Talent Lead to support the company's scale-up phase.
  2. Experience in Professional Services, ideally within a Big 4 environment.
  3. Proven track record of managing the end-to-end candidate lifecycle.
  4. Experience in delivering a best-in-class candidate journey.
  5. Ideally experienced in sourcing candidates.
  6. Experience working in consulting, CFO, or Tax practices is preferred.
