Overview:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Full 360 Talent Acquisition responsibility for a set of business functions including brief taking, search & selection, shortlisting, interview management, feedback collation, and offer management.
- Develop and drive a commercial Talent Acquisition business plan, acting as the first point of contact within assigned business functions.
- Deliver ongoing training to stakeholders within verticals such as MIP and Academy.
- Provide industry knowledge and expertise within assigned business functions by attending external events, staying updated with industry press, and immersing into that business area.
- Participate in wider Talent Acquisition projects.
- Attend ongoing training sessions, deliver training, and provide induction support to new team members.
- Reinforce a team culture that aligns with company values and departmental vision.
- Collaborate with the People Experience department to enhance Employer Branding of the JD Group.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials for candidate attraction and engagement, such as candidate information packs, market insights, and JD Foundation materials.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and create relevant candidate talent pools to meet business forecast plans.
- Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, integrating these principles into the hiring process.
- Report accurate recruitment data weekly to the Senior TA Manager.
- Manage agency spend responsibly, aiming to reduce agency fees year-to-date.
- Work with Talent Partnering and Senior Line Managers to understand headcount forecasts, budgets, and market salary benchmarks to support recruitment success.
- Stay updated on external third-party trends and share insights with the TA team.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders within assigned business areas.
Requirements
Besides being proactive, driven, and contributing positively to a team environment, the ideal candidate demonstrates:
- Experience recruiting finance roles from entry-level to Head of.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sources to attract top talent.
- Successful track record in in-house talent acquisition or recruitment agency roles.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Good stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Analytical and methodical, with experience presenting acquisition data such as cost per hire and time to fill.
