  • Own all management-level hiring across the business unit, ensuring seamless and proactive delivery.
  • Implement innovative improvements to the recruitment process, enhancing efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Build robust talent pipelines for critical business areas, collaborating with stakeholders on workforce and succession planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven recruitment delivery experience in multi-site environments within retail, hospitality, or leisure sectors.
  • Transformation-focused mindset with a passion for streamlining processes.
  • Strategic succession planning expertise.
  • Advanced sourcing capabilities using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
