Job description

The Senior Systems Specialist will be responsible for the ongoing management of the main HCT SystmOne publishing unit, setting standards and processes to ensure the safe and effective management of clinical systems.

The Clinical System in use by HCT is predominantly SystmOne, and the post holder will be expected to have a high level of SystmOne configuration expertise and experience. The post holder must also demonstrate previous strong leadership skills and experience.

• Proposed interview date: 26th August
• Provide system expertise in delivering complex and high-priority system changes.
• Line management of the Project Deployment & Operational Analysts to provide high-level expertise and guidance.
• Support the Clinical System team with high-level SystmOne expertise, offering support and guidance to resolve risks and issues.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous performance improvement to enhance patient care.
• Assist in organizational transformational plans and projects with SystmOne expertise to deliver service improvements.
