Leidos is seeking two Senior Systems Engineers to join our UK engineering capability. You will manage systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle, focusing on low level system design, interfaces, RVTM artefacts, and governance.

The role involves collaboration with customers, suppliers, and delivery teams. You will work in a hybrid model with occasional travel to client sites, have opportunities to influence system concepts and documentation, and contribute to programme planning and

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Systems Engineering for IT/software systems (minimum 3 years).
• Familiarity with SE frameworks such as ICOSE, NAF, DODAF, MODAF, MBSE.
• Experience with software/hardware IT delivery and both Agile and Waterfall models.

Responsabilités

• Maintain RVTM and ensure artefacts map to RVTM.
• Review requirements with testers and align acceptance criteria.
• Define interfaces and manage SE artefacts and governance processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate hardware, software and networks.
• Track progress and update the System Engineering Management Plan when needed.
