Success Recruit Ltd is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to manage internal IT infrastructure and support customers operating industrial control systems in Wickford, Essex. The role combines IT and industrial automation expertise, with opportunities to influence cybersecurity, ISO accreditation and operational procedures.

You will maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory and networking, provide technical support remotely or on-site, and contribute to ISO 9001 quality management

Qualificações

• Degree or equivalent (HND/HNC) in CS/CE/IT/Electronics.
• Strong Windows Server and networking experience.
• Willingness to learn industrial control systems.
• Full UK driving licence with occasional travel.
• ISO certification experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage internal IT systems, servers, workstations and network gear.
• Administer Windows Server, AD, domain controllers and GPOs.
• Ensure security, backups, and business continuity.
• Provide remote and occasional on-site customer support.
• Support ISO 9001 Quality Management and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Assist audits and drive process improvements.
