Job summary

BINX HEALTH LTD is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (Instrumentation) for a 12-month contract in Trowbridge, UK. You will design and test electromechanical components, own multi-disciplinary projects, and drive system integration from design to production.

Qualifications

• Ownership of complex electromechanical systems through design, verification, and transfer to production.
• System-level verification and validation, including test method development and execution.
• Root cause analysis, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical and manufacturing engineering.
• Experience managing technical projects with minimal supervision.
• 5+ years’ experience in a regulated industry where Quality Systems are essential (e.g., ISO 13485).

Responsibilities

• Design and test electromechanical components for production.
• Own and manage electromechanical projects including verification.
• Create schematics, technical reports, and test protocols.
• Collaborate with software and manufacturing engineers for system integration.
• Lead investigations and RCAs to adopt new technologies and improve performance.
• Perform analysis to test new technologies and their viability.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to refine manufacturing processes.
• Lead design reviews and cross-functional initiatives.
