Job summary

Defence is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to translate complex customer needs into robust, multidisciplinary system solutions. You will architect next-generation designs using MBSE and lead integration, analysis, and testing across electronic, mechanical, optical, and software domains.

You will guide a collaborative team, engage with customers and suppliers to validate requirements, and coach peers in model-based engineering practices to ensure safety-critical system success.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in requirements management, modelling, simulation, and design analysis.
• Hands-on with MBSE and SysML.
• Experience with customer and supplier engagement to define and validate technical requirements.
