Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to collaborate with stakeholders, define requirements and evaluate options for system changes. You will design and integrate new functionality, develop test plans for verification and validation, and craft integration plans from unit to system level while managing documents for design reviews.

The role requires strong knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle, architecture, integration, and V&V, plus excellent communication to lead

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle and related processes.
• Strong abilities in problem definition and systems architecture.
• Experience with integration, verification and validation methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for technical discussions.
• Familiarity with product data management and change management tools.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with stakeholders, defining requirements for changes to a system.
• Conducting cost and functional performance trade-offs and evaluation of proposed solutions.
• Designing and integrating new functionality into an existing system.
• Creation of Test Plans and Requirements for Verification and Validation of sub-systems.
• Execution and analysis of test plans and results.
• Creation of Integration Plans for unit integration into the full system.
• Document management to support design review activities.
