Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an experienced Systemic Psychotherapist (Family Therapist) to join Bromley Adult Community Mental Health Services, including the Older Adults Team, based primarily at Beckenham Beacon.

The post requires a Masters or Doctorate in Systemic Psychotherapy with post-registration systemic psychotherapy experience, UKCP registration, and a track record in supervising family therapy clinics.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in Systemic Psychotherapy required.
• Post-registration systemic psychotherapy experience essential.
• Experience supervising family therapy clinics and willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' mental health needs and work with families.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to families with specific needs.
• Liaise with the MDT and other teams as part of ongoing care plans.
• Offer supervision and training to adult community mental health teams.
• Provide live supervision to systemic practitioners and trainees.
• Contribute to research and service improvement initiatives.
