We are recruiting System / Principal Engineers and Technical Directors for a growing Engineering Safety Consultancy with interests in Maritime, Naval, Nuclear, and Submarine sectors.

System Engineers – Mid-Level to Senior

Responsible for delivery across complex, hazardous projects in highly regulated fields such as nuclear, maritime, aviation, or ordnance. Capable of working independently and leading small teams, with the ability to think strategically and maintain quality assurance.

The Job Duties:
  • Empower teams of engineers to deliver technical projects
  • Collaborate with minimal supervision
  • Undertake activities as directed by Technical Directors and Principal Engineers
  • Conduct complex technical investigations
  • Communicate project outcomes to stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance to peers
  • Maintain excellent customer relations and quality assurance
Principal Engineer

Lead and deliver across complex, hazardous projects. Manage talented teams, transfer broad skills to new technologies, and provide strategic insights.

  • Supervise and motivate staff
  • Manage complex technical projects
