We are recruiting System / Principal Engineers and Technical Directors for a growing Engineering Safety Consultancy with a focus on Maritime, Naval, Nuclear, and Submarine sectors.

System Engineers – Mid-Level to Senior

The Senior Engineer will be responsible for delivery across complex, hazardous projects in highly regulated fields such as nuclear, maritime, aviation, or ordnance. Capable of working with minimal supervision, leading small teams, and managing technical projects. The candidate should think strategically, apply their knowledge to new challenges, and maintain quality assurance and strong partnerships.

Job Duties:

• Empower teams of engineers to deliver technical aspects of projects
• Collaborate with minimal supervision
• Undertake activities as directed by Technical Directors and Principal Engineers
• Conduct complex technical investigations
• Communicate project outcomes to stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance to peers
• Maintain excellent customer relations and quality assurance

Principal Engineer Responsibilities:

• Manage talented teams and deliver across complex projects
• Lead and supervise technical activities
• Provide guidance and development opportunities for engineers
• Utilize evidence to inform and innovate projects
• Communicate proposals and outcomes broadly
