  • Lead design reviews and ensure engineering development stays on time, on spec, and on budget
  • Support bids, proposals, risk registers, and technical progress reports

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in a senior systems engineering role
  • Proven experience delivering complex systems in secure, regulated environments
  • Expertise in systems engineering tools, methods, and the full development lifecycle
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable balancing hands-on engineering with leadership and project oversight

Desirable Experience

  • Familiarity with Concept of Operations development and systems-level modelling
  • Exposure to defence, surveillance, or communications technologies

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)
  • Annual Bonus: 3–6% of salary
  • Holidays: 25 days (plus option to purchase 5 additional days via salary sacrifice)
