Senior Systems Engineer
Location: Coventry – Hybrid and flexible working arrangements available
Salary: £43,500 - £50,500

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Provide subject matter expertise and advice on Systems Engineering to internal and external stakeholders
• Coach and mentor others in Systems Engineering practices
• Tailoring and development of Systems Engineering practices for specific projects or programmes
• Effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure optimised systems development and delivery
• Work collaboratively across Engineering disciplines and other functions, absorbing and processing new domain knowledge quickly
Your Skills and Experience:
• Experience in Systems Engineering with a strong understanding of the full engineering lifecycle
• In-depth knowledge of systems engineering approaches, processes, and procedures
• A solid grounding in the science of engineering, including physics, chemistry, and mathematics
• Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in a STEM-related discipline
• Awareness of the disciplines that impact system design, including engineering, law, management, logistics, and politics
• Ability to coach, mentor, and assist others
