A leading consultancy firm located in Camden Town is seeking a professional to focus on process improvement and the design of IT solutions. The role requires proven experience with Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, and M365. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, excellent customer service orientation, and familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure. This position offers the opportunity to work on full lifecycle M&A projects while managing stakeholder interactions effectively.
The role focuses on process improvement and professional development, supporting the design and provision of IT solutions, including full lifecycle mergers and acquisition (M&A) projects and group strategic projects. Key responsibilities include presenting to stakeholders, managing escalations, ensuring resource assignment, and evaluating changes to provide solutions for Stakeholder review. The role also involves adhering to business policies, creating and maintaining documentation, and escalating issues to the Lead System Engineer/Technical Value Manager/Project Manager. Additionally, the role requires creating improvements across services and processes in networks and managing a Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) backlog.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience and understanding of all Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory management, including Group Policy, login scripts, and roles. They should also have good knowledge and experience of M365, core networking services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, RDP, SNMP, LDAP), and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex technical landscapes.
