Hays Software Engineering is seeking a Senior System Architect eager to advance their career while remaining hands-on in an innovative start-up. The company is pioneering in Infrastructure Orchestration for businesses with Decentralized Network Infrastructure through their SaaS Platform.

What you will be doing:

• Platform Architecture - Design a scalable and reliable system aligned with business goals.
• Innovation - Explore new technologies in decentralized systems and cloud infrastructure to foster progress.
• System Integration - Ensure seamless integration with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and monitoring platforms.
• Collaboration - Work closely with engineers, DevOps, and product managers to develop architectural solutions.
• Security & Compliance - Uphold industry-standard security practices and meet regulatory requirements.
• Scalability - Strategize for future growth and address challenges in decentralized networks.
• Technical Leadership - Lead the engineering team and promote best practices.

What we are looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, preferably within large-scale SaaS platforms.
• Previous roles such as Principal Architect, Chief Architect, Senior System Architect, or VP of Engineering focusing on architecture.
• Deep expertise and hands-on experience with infrastructure orchestration, decentralized and distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), modern DevOps practices, and containerization technologies.
• Experience working within start-up or scale-up environments.
• Previous experience with Blockchain technology.
