Job summary

Gleeds is seeking a Senior professional Project/Programme Manager to lead delivery of project and programme management services. You will support Business Unit Directors, manage customer relations, and supervise project delivery in line with Gleeds procedures.

Key requirements include post-qualification PM experience, contract administration skills, strong communication, and ability to mentor teams. Flexible working arrangements offered alongside a pension and EAP.

Qualifications

• Sound project management and/or programme management experience post qualification.
• Knowledge of project management techniques and contract administration.
• Understanding of legislation impacting building contracts.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering objectives.
• Engaging with customers and growing relationships.
• Delivering high quality services and deliverables aligned to customer requirements.
• Managing projects and programmes to deliver quality services within procedures.
• Administering contracts as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent or Project Manager.
• Producing and presenting to customers.
• Mentoring and coaching employees.
• Preparing bids for services.
• Managing service delivery for profit.
• Issue escalation related to professional indemnity insurance as needed.
