JOB PROFILE
C4 has committed to ambitious science-based targets to radically reduce the emissions within the organisation's control (scope 1 & 2) and influence (scope 3). Using their subject matter expertise, our Sustainability Manager will help deliver an ambitious integrated sustainability strategy focused on reaching net zero; supporting leaders and colleagues in planning and implementing the widespread transformation needed to meet targets across the business.
Whilst successful delivery of our climate strategy will be the shared responsibility of leaders across the business, the Sustainability Manager will be the driving force that identifies areas where impactful changes can be made, inspires and facilitates action, evaluates progress and ensures we are compliant with legislation and reporting needs.

Hybrid working
From September 2023, C4 has operated a 60/40 working pattern, equating to three office days per week. Having everyone in the office three days a week gives us more opportunity to build our high performing, inclusive culture; to collaborate and to learn and share with each other, as well as helping to coordinate a regular pattern of home and office working days.
