Job summary

Trainline is seeking a Senior Corporate Sustainability Manager to lead our emissions reduction strategy, strengthen supplier engagement, and drive data platforms adoption. You will partner with teams across the business to advance sustainability initiatives and Net Zero targets.

You’ll work within a hybrid model from our London office, collaborating with senior stakeholders while shaping governance and disclosure frameworks for ESG ratings, including emerging AI-related impacts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving a corporate sustainability agenda in a tech-led environment.
• Hands-on experience implementing science-based target reduction plans.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders across a business, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the emissions reduction strategy with focus on supplier engagement and Scope 3 reductions.
• Lead rollout and adoption of Watershed data platform ahead of reporting cycle.
• Be the ambassador for sustainability, presenting progress to audiences across the business.
