Job summary

Trainline plc is seeking a Senior Corporate Sustainability Manager to drive the emissions reduction strategy, lead the rollout of Watershed, and act as an ambassador for sustainability across the business.

You will partner with data owners and senior leaders to deliver supplier engagement, reduce scope 3 emissions, and shape disclosures while advancing sustainability in a fast-paced, tech-led environment. Hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience driving a corporate sustainability agenda forward.
• Hands-on in implementing science-based target reductions or similar programs.
• Strong relationship-building and influence across senior leadership.
• Confident presenter of progress and priorities to diverse audiences.
• Curious mindset for new tools, including AI.
• Experience leading change or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the ongoing delivery of the emissions reduction strategy with supplier engagement and scope 3 focus.
• Lead rollout and adoption of Watershed data platform ahead of financial year reporting.
• Represent corporate sustainability to internal and external audiences and build engagement.
• Build strong relationships with teams owning supplier relationships.
• Support frameworks for sustainability-linked disclosure and implement them.
• Identify and lead workstreams to improve ESG ratings over time.
• Help measure and report on emerging areas like emissions impact of AI.
