About the Role

We’re looking for a Sustainability Consultant who can confidently engage with senior stakeholders, inspire change, and guide clients through complex sustainability frameworks using our platform. This is a client-facing role where your voice, expertise, and leadership matter — both inside our company and at boardroom level.

You’ll be advising mid-market, UK-based clients on ESG reporting, helping them align with evolving standards, and using Enistic’s tech to bring clarity and structure to their data.

What You’ll Do

• Lead client engagements on ESG compliance, particularly CSRD, TCFD, SBTi, and IFRS using the Enistic platform
• Translate complex carbon and sustainability data into actionable insights
• Present reports and strategies to senior executives and boards
• Mentor and support junior consultants; help build a high-performing team
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes and best practices
• Represent Enistic in a professional, modern, and approachable way

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of sustainability and carbon reporting frameworks (CSRD, TCFD, IFRS, SBTi)
• Confident presenter with the presence to influence at senior levels
• Previous experience at a competitor (e.g. Greenly, Watershed) or a Big Four firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG) is ideal
• Leadership potential — you’ve either led a small team or are ready to
• Passion for using software and data to drive change
• Available to work from our Oxford office 3 days a week
