A leading property consultancy is looking for a qualified chartered surveyor to join their rural team in Cambridge. This role involves providing expert advice, managing client relationships, and collaborating with various specialist teams in estate and property management. Following new opportunities to grow our estate management portfolios, we are looking for a qualified chartered surveyor to join our friendly and ambitious rural team based in Cambridge, working alongside a team of property professionals. Our offices handle the full range of rural surveying, including estate management, property agency, valuations, rural grant applications, compensation, landlord and tenant matters, and delivering national framework contracts throughout the East of England.

You will be a chartered surveyor with a proven track record in delivering excellent rural professional and estate management services, along with experience in building relationships with clients. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative team. Willingness to participate in mentoring and developing team members and a commitment to continuous self-improvement are essential. Ideally, you will also be a registered valuer.
