You'll lead valuations, manage client portfolios, and support junior team members while working in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Job DescriptionManaging your own portfolio of clients, delivering expert advice
Inspecting and measuring commercial properties across the UK
Preparing and submitting appeals, including detailed negotiations with the Valuation Office Agency
Providing strategic guidance on liability mitigation and rates optimisation
Supporting business development and mentoring junior surveyors
MRICS qualified with demonstrable experience in business rates
Technically strong in valuation with excellent analytical skills
Confident communicator and negotiator
Able to work independently while contributing to wider team goals
Familiarity with the Check, Challenge, Appeal process is beneficial
A national team with deep expertise and strong client relationships
Hybrid working and a prime West End office location
