Job Description:

I have partnered with a long-standing client to make a hire within their leading Commercial Property Management team.

This team is well-renowned and known for managing some of the best assets in the UK, so it’s a great opportunity to bolster your experience.

In your role as Senior Surveyor, you will be focusing on a particular estate which includes Office, Retail, and Mixed Use assets. A notable trophy asset to mention is a 200,000 sq ft new build office.

You will be working as part of a highly collaborative team, reporting into the Director who leads on this instruction.

My client offers flexibility and arguably the best bonus structure in the industry. They are looking to pay up to £55,000 base salary + car allowance.
