About the Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Senior Surveyor to deliver exceptional property management for prestigious Central London office assets, working with one of our major institutional clients.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our Property & Asset Management team, you'll:

  • Lead client relationships as the main point of contact for Asset Managers
  • Manage lease compliance, occupier applications, and technical queries
  • Oversee financial accountability and service charge management per RICS guidelines
  • Drive ESG initiatives and sustainability strategies across properties
  • Conduct regular property inspections and maintain high presentation standards
  • Handle property transitions, acquisitions support, and due diligence
  • Deliver compelling client reporting and attend key stakeholder meetings
  • Foster strong occupier engagement and customer experience excellence
  • Support major works projects and site-based improvements
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and manage insurance processes
  • Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling potential
