Senior Surveyor - Infrastructure and Utilities

Your Role:

Deliver land and property advice and services to and on behalf of clients.

Deliver a range of tasks and schemes to a high standard, using initiative and a proactive approach to meet client deadlines and objectives. Take pride and ownership in the quality of work delivered.

Develop strong working relationships with client personnel, internal and external stakeholders including contractors, consultants, landowners, and occupiers. Hold professional conversations, manage expectations, and discuss feedback to improve the level of service provided.

Support the development of junior staff members when required, develop line management skills if applicable, and provide constructive feedback through regular reviews and effective delegation.

Share experience to support the development of colleagues within the organization while maintaining and enhancing your knowledge through specialist CPD.

Participate in and support company groups, initiatives, events, and social activities, embracing DM's values and fostering a positive workplace attitude.

About you:

Hold MRICS or AssocRICS qualification.

Have a full UK driving license.

Experience in leading teams or projects.
